Welcome to Trip Galaxy! By booking a tour, package, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website, office, or authorized representatives.

A minimum advance payment is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip.

Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

Prices are based on the package selected and are subject to availability.

Inclusions (meals, transport, accommodation, sightseeing, etc.) are mentioned in the package details.

Exclusions (personal expenses, additional sightseeing, entry fees, etc.) must be borne by the traveler.

Trip Galaxy reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in government taxes, fuel charges, or hotel/transport costs.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp/message).

Cancellation charges will apply as per the following (or as mentioned in the package):

30+ days before travel: [50]% deduction

15–29 days before travel: [30]% deduction

0–14 days before travel / no-show: No refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [7–14 working days].

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

Travelers must carry valid ID proofs, visas, passports (for international trips), and other required documents.

Trip Galaxy is not responsible for denial of entry, fines, or penalties due to incomplete or invalid documents.

5. Health, Safety & Insurance

Travelers are advised to be physically fit for the journey and activities.

Any personal health issues must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Trip Galaxy is not liable for accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies during the trip. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Changes & Modifications

Trip Galaxy reserves the right to alter itineraries, hotels, or transport in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural calamities, operational issues, etc.).

In such cases, equivalent arrangements will be provided without compromising the overall travel experience.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Trip Galaxy acts as a facilitator between the traveler and hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service partners.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss of baggage, theft, or acts beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).

8. Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to maintain discipline, respect local culture, and follow group travel rules.

Any unlawful activity, misconduct, or damage to property will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
